The view from our office faces the gorgeous and ever changing Nashville skyline, so we wanted to share a few of the new restaurants and hotels! Some hotels are planning on opening as early as next year some as early as 2025. We are excited to see Nashville grow and develop and can’t wait for these new additions to come to our city.

9th Ave N & Commerce
This full-service hotel plans to open in the Downtown area in the winter of 2022 with 315 rooms.
St. Louis architect firm, HOK, is the designer for this entertainment space & hotel
Edition Hotel
1101 Grundy St.
The Edition is a 280-room, full-service hotel located in North Gulch. Expected to open in the spring of 2023.
New York-based architecture and real estate firm Flank has partnered with Marriott to develop the hotel
Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Apartments
401 7th Avenue S
Ritz-Carlton is a 238-room hotel coming to Nashville in 2025.
The Ritz-Carlton is Nashville’s third 5 star hotel & will be located in the SoBro district.

The Hart
The Hart will feature Hawaiian and Peruvian dishes and will open October 2022 at 321 Hart St.
