For 30 years and counting, this senior living community has been well-positioned in the Florida market as a home to inspiring, independent-minded active adults who are eager to keep living the life they love. A key component of this project was the addition of 128 independent living apartments as well as the addition of 30 skilled nursing beds and 36 assisted living units to maintain the community’s reputation for delivering highly rated healthcare. The team developed a strategy to thoughtfully introduce new living components and amenities while refreshing existing spaces in a way that unifies the site plan with a focus on connectivity.

A new 12,000-sq.ft. building, called Main Street provides a centrally located dining hub for the entire campus, including a marketplace, bar and restaurant-style venue. These new dining experiences offer dramatic views overlooking the adjacent pond and frame views between the new independent living development and existing commons areas.
