The Farms at Bailey Station

The Farms is a LifeCare senior living community rich in amenities, luxury apartments and custom homes with comprehensive health services. Due to the 2008-2009 recession and other market factors, this is a project 15 years in the making—a project reassessed and redesigned several times. While this posed numerous challenges (construction schedules, product selections, value engineering), it also provided the opportunity for the provider to incorporate feedback from future residents. The end result is a community that speaks to the next generation of seniors. The design has an intentional focus on indoor/outdoor living, culinary choices and cultural experiences.
