Healthways wanted a new corporate headquarters to support a cutting-edge culture and
business model. Full wireless access, over 250 conference rooms and an open plan
layout that eliminates hierarchy makes this a unique corporate interior. Studio 121
collaborated with the client and design team to deliver a design solution that is a living
and breathing brand statement. Modern and sleek meets artistic in every inch of this
255,000 square foot office space.

Sojourn is more than a rehabilitation center within the skilled nursing component of its
senior living community. It is an environment that heals the body and soul of these
residents. Drawing from the punctuations of life marketing campaign, Studio 121
infused iconic brand images amidst a luxurious, spa-like atmosphere. This project
demonstrates Studio 121’s ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and
successfully address budget challenges without compromising the integrity of the
design.
